At Lower Merion Lacrosse Club, we are passionate about developing multi sport athletes into fundamentally sound lacrosse players who love the game, and to provide a safe and positive atmosphere that breeds grit, competitiveness, determination and tenacity.

As parents of kids in the Lower Merion School District we are passionate about helping to develop sound lacrosse players who hope to continue the rich tradition of lacrosse in this community.
Chris Scheuerman is the founder of Lower Merion Lacrosse Club. He grew up in the lacrosse hotbed of Northern New Jersey and had a stick in his hands by kindergarten. As a youth lacrosse player, Chris participated in the N.J. Garden State Games (a four team tournament in which the top youth lacrosse players are broken into four regional teams). Chris was also a member of Team New Jersey which competed against other state all star teams. He went on to play Division I lacrosse, competing in the Patriot League at Colgate University.
Greg Hein played lacrosse at Lower Merion and has over 20 years of coaching experience. Greg is a member of the Lower Merion High School Hall of Fame for lacrosse. He currently teaches and coaches at Conestoga High School.
Justin Joseph is a former Division I standout at Drexel University. In addition to coaching he also plays professional box lacrosse.
John Spear has two boys in the program and has over thirty years of playing experience including playing four years at Hampden Sydney College.
